Xi AI Agent
Xi AI is a built-in General AI Agent accessible to all users for general support and information.
Learning & Support
Xi AI is trained on comprehensive information about the Xi platform – its features, rules, markets, etc. It can answer user questions in real-time via a chat interface (available via a chat bubble in the app’s interface). New users can ask “How do I invest in a Trading Agent?” or “What is a Xi Pass?” and get immediate, accurate answers. This reduces friction and support burden, acting like an on-demand AI support agent.
Free Access
Xi AI is provided free of charge for general queries. Users can click the chat and interact anytime. By lowering the barrier to getting information, Xi AI helps educate users about DeFi concepts, how Xi works, and even basic trading questions. This is crucial for onboarding those not experienced with perpetuals or copy trading.
AI Moderation and Community Management
Xi AI likely also assists in moderation or FAQ in community channels, given it has knowledge of platform rules and can handle repetitive queries. This fosters a more self-service community support model.
Scope
Xi AI is not meant to provide financial advice or specific trading signals (that’s more the domain of Agentic AI per trader). Instead, it focuses on “general questions about Xi” – essentially acting as an always-available, friendly tutor or guide for the ecosystem. For deeper strategy or market discussions, users would turn to traders or Agentic AIs.
Social Media Automation
Interestingly, Xi AI also has a role in managing Trading Agents’ and Xi platform's social content. It is capable of handling social media posts for Trading Agents, but this functionality likely overlaps with Agentic AI. Possibly Xi AI has a global view and can highlight top traders daily. In fact, Xi AI can publish posts like “@TraderName was the most profitable today with +6.2%. Are you following them?” on a daily basis.
This suggests Xi AI powers a Leaderboard feed:
Daily top performer posts: It will automatically highlight the day’s best trader on social channels.
Weekly summaries: Possibly posts about weekly P&L, fees, top rankings, etc., across the platform. These automated tweets or messages serve two purposes: recognition for traders and promotion for Xi (“hey, these traders are making X%, come check it out!”).
