Trading Agents

Trading Agents are Xi’s core product: synthetic perpetual contracts whose price tracks a trader’s real-time P&L rather than a passive market index.
From a UX perspective, trading an Agent is very similar to trading a perpetual contract on a crypto exchange, except the underlying is a trader’s performance rather than an asset’s price. Users can deploy strategies – e.g., diversifying across multiple Agents, rotating into Agents of traders who show momentum, or hedging by shorting broad market Agents while longing specific talented traders.
Xi’s innovation is that by a single click, you can invest in a person’s trading ability – for instance, converting USDC to “Alice’s BTC Trading Agent” seamlessly, and cashing out back to USDC when desired. The platform takes care of all margin and contract details; you just see the asset price.
Trading Agents disruption lies in two main pillars: users can go both long (backing traders) and short (going against them) with a formula where both parties will benefit from decisions independently of their choice.
